Refund policy

We hope you are satisfied with your purchase.

Returns are accepted for damaged, faulty, or incorrect items only. If you receive such an item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and proof of purchase.

We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind.

For all other cases, we offer exchange or store credit only within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

All returns must be approved prior to sending the item back. Items returned without approval will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable service, as muchroom.design is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Refunds are only provided for approved returns in cases of defective or incorrect items. Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

muchroom.design reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above conditions.
