Shipping

Orders are processed and dispatched within 3–5 working days upon confirmation.

We work with trusted carriers such as SingPost or equivalent services. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and carrier.

Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be provided via email. If you have not received your order within 7 working days, please contact us and we will assist in checking the delivery status.

Shipping Fees

Additional shipping charges may apply for larger, bulky, or heavy items. In such cases, we will contact you with a shipping quote after your order is placed. Orders will only be processed once the additional shipping cost has been confirmed and paid.

Order Changes

Orders cannot be modified once they have been placed. Please ensure all details are correct before completing your purchase.

Delivery & Responsibility

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, muchroom.design is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the courier. However, we will assist where possible in resolving any delivery issues.
